Deep Tissue massage varies slightly in definition and execution depending on the therapist, although most explain it as a technique designed to effectively release underlying adhesions in the deeper layers of soft tissue (muscles and fascia). Deep tissue therapy is helpful for anyone in search of relief, be it serious or simply the need for physical maintenance. Over the years, I have developed targeted techniques to successfully treat many debilitating conditions such as migraines/headaches, tennis and golfer’s elbow, plantar fascitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ disorder, and many more.
